    • Service Agreements: Specific details regarding service scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement will be outlined in a separate, mutually agreed-upon Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW). These Terms of Service shall supplement and be incorporated by reference into any such Service Agreement.
    • AI Disclaimer: While our AI tools are highly effective, digital marketing involves inherent variables and no specific results (e.g., guaranteed rankings, specific conversion rates) can be absolutely guaranteed.   3. User Responsibilities You agree to:

    • Work Product: Unless otherwise specified in a Service Agreement, any unique creative works or strategies developed by Digital Nova specifically for a client during a paid engagement may become the property of the client upon full payment for services, subject to any pre-existing licenses for underlying tools or platforms.
  5. Payment Terms Payment terms for services will be explicitly detailed in your Service Agreement. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.
  6. Disclaimer of Warranties Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
